The place is so clean and organized , the location is perfect very close to my work and the view is great as well , I’d say the only thing I don’t like is the gym also the prices are little high

Good security and reliable amenities. Location is right in the middle of downtown and brickell. Accessing amenities is easy and no construction on building that bothers.

Honestly in love with this building. Staff is extremely helpful and always available, the facilities are clean, the residents are funny, and my unit is beautiful. Could not be more happy with my choice!

I love this building for many reason. It has a great community and the amenities are great! The front desk is very nice and easy going. Packages/mail are easy to get and send. Overall, I like living here and I feel at home.

The swimming pool is great, I love it! But I think that the gym is missing many important machines for legs and abs. It would also be good if there were more weights.

The people at the concierge are very kind and overall I enjoy living here. The package system is convenient for the most part. However, maintenance does not respond to requests in a timely manner and a lot of the common areas (grills, pool) could benefit from more frequent cleaning. Also, if me/my roommate try calling the concierge, no one answers /calls back when we leave VMs

Amenities are really nice and the place is also really nice. However there are only 3 working elevators and at times I have to wait over 5min just for an elevator. Also retrieving packages isn’t the most seamless process

Besides the roach infestation, everything has been great. The previous tenants took "normal wear and tear" to another level, but all the staff have been helping us get it back into shape!

The location is great and I love the layout and views from my apartment. The amenities are like you are staying in a fancy hotel. Downsides are the elevators are slow and the package system is lacking.

Nice units, I like the amenities but they need more maintenance from time to time. The pool is nice but always cold. I like the location so 4 stars so far

I enjoy it here! I just wish the water filler worked in the gym. I like how there's events going on to meet people. The spaces are clean like the gym, pool, and work spaces.

the community around the building is alright. they should do activities more often to get to know each other a little more. But besides that is fun how on weekends a lot of the people share on the common areas.

Very inclusive. The people are kind and willing to help whenever you need or ask for help. The residents try to maintain a clean environment.

I’m two years now living here and really feel it like home. Sometimes I just get annoyed by the pets because there are plenty of them always everywhere even though I also love pets. Just at times it’s tiring. Amenities are very clean and well distributed. Respectful people overall in the building. Having Whole Foods and the movie theater near is one of my favorite parts. Customer service has been always very welcoming with my requests and supportive. I have no complains overall. Thank you!

Just moved here so still accommodating to the new spot. The amenities are cool and the neighbors seem friendly. Parking garage is a little annoying.

The grounds are beautiful! I love my 2 bd apartment. Pool is great, maintenance staff friendly and attentive. AC sometimes doesn’t work properly at the gym and elevators sometimes get too busy.
