It’s the small things that add up here. From the person greeting you at the door to the fact that you can give a delivery code in case no one is at at the door to the luggage cards, the Luxor mailboxes, and of course, all of the amenities, including the coffee machine! They finally removed the biggest problem which was Beatrice from the front desk as many of us complained of her unprofessionalism. Yasmine, Chris and Thomas are all fantastic and make living here a pleasure!
