A: Max combined weight limit is 80lbs, up to 2 pets per home. No aggressive breeds are permitted. Letter required by certified veterinarian proving breed, weight, and required vaccinations.

Q: What happens if I qualify for an apartment, but my roommate does not?

A: Everyone must qualify to live in our community.

 

Q: Is my security deposit totally refundable?

A: As long as the unit is left in good condition.

 

Q: If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?

A: Yes but a penalty will be charged.

 

Q: Can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year?

A: Yes but a month-to-month fee will be charged.

 

Q: What utilities are included in my lease?

A: No utilities are included in the lease.

A: We offer a 12-month lease.

A: Not at this time.

 

Q: Am I required to have renters insurance?

A: Yes we require renters insurance.

 

Q: If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?

A: You can either call our leasing office or go to our website and set up a service request using your resident portal information.

 

Q: When is my rent payment due?

A: The rent is due on the 1st of each month.

 

Q: What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?

A: On the 4th you will be liable for a late charge.

 

Q: Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?

A: Yes.

 

Q: Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?

A: Yes you can log into your resident portal.
 

Q: There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?

A: Yes guests are permitted for up to two weeks.

 

Q: I have a motorcycle, where can I park it?

A: In the parking garage.
 

Q: My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?

A: Yes, you must notify the office of any staying more than 2 weeks.
 

Q: Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?

A: No.

A: Yes we are open 24 hours for your convenience.

A: No gas grills permitted.

A: Yes, if it is returned to the original condition upon moving out.
 

Q: Will you accept my delivery packages for me?

A: We will have a designated package room where the carrier will drop off packages.
